Blended Coverage for Financial Institutions

Zurich North America a new blended coverage for mid-size to large financial institutions that combines directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), fiduciary, fidelity, and employment practices liability insurance (EPLI). Institutions offered this coverage include commercial banks, investment banks, investment firms, insurance companies, and other diversified financial companies.

The coverage offers a modular approach, allowing insured parties to select any combination of D&O, E&O, fiduciary, fidelity, and EPLI coverages. Each coverage section comes with insuring agreements, conditions, and exclusions that are specific to that type of coverage. The policy is available worldwide with annual or multi-year policy terms. In addition, the product can provide limits of liability of $50 million to $100 million on both a primary and excess basis.

According to the insurance provider, this product was developed in conjunction with their claims, underwriting, and legal departments, resulting in policies which offer broad coverage, clear language, and flexibility for their customers.
