According to the manufacturer, this tool—designed specifically for banks, auto finance companies, credit unions, retailers, telecommunications and other credit grantors—can help creditors reduce collection expenses, delinquencies and losses, and identify potential customers for extensions. The providers also states that use of the tool can help improve customer service, enhance recovery activities, automate decision processes, and cross-sell and up-sell products.

The tool is programmed with a range of industry-specific behavioral scorecards. Users determine the initial decision criteria and score cutoffs. A customer master-file data is sent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Data is processed through the package system, which electronically delivers the strategy results in less than 24 hours. Strategy parameters can then be evaluated and adjusted as needed.

The manufacturer states that their industry-experienced consultants provide monitoring reports and recommendations on an ongoing basis to determine the effectiveness of the behavioral scores and strategies. This new tool can be adapted for customized scorecards based on data specific to an institution, as well as migration to a fully customized software service at the customer's site.
