The Align360SM Balanced Scorecard consulting "operationalizes" the client's strategy. Our activities focus on taking the client's vision and goals and translating them into meaningful, actionable objectives. These objectives are aligned with, and supportive of, the strategy and are logically linked across the financial, customer, process and enabler perspectives of the scorecard. The process of defining these objectives serves to either confirm that the necessary objectives have been identified or to identify gaps in the strategy and objectives. This articulation of the objectives is termed a Performance Model. The Performance Model serves as a very effective tool to communicate the company's strategy and objectives, both within the Leadership Team and the employee population. Below is a diagram of how the Balanced Scorecard is built using the different perspectives within the organization.
