Auto Owners Employs National Marketing Services Client Outreach Program

N/Aners is offering its Michigan agents <%=company%> Client Outreach Program, designed to help agents total account sell and better service their clients. The Client Outreach Program can be used as a complementary component of Auto Owners' overall personal lines marketing plan in Michigan to offer multi-policyholders competitive rates.

The Client Outreach Program is designed as a proactive approach to offering prospects a full line of products (Auto, Homeowners, Umbrellas) as well as a process to total account sell an agency's existing customer base. According to National Marketing, its Client Outreach Program helps clients round out accounts, increase their client retention and capitalize on future business opportunities. The specially trained customer service representatives at National Marketing Services will contact Auto Owners agency personal lines clients quarterly, semi-annually or annually to help with the prospecting and selling of multi-policies in Michigan.

"We developed the Client Outreach Program as a result of the need for agencies to keep in touch with their clients proactively, rather than wait for a problem, a claim, or loss of business to arise," says National Marketing Services president, Larry Neilson. "Too much business is lost because of lack of service, lack of communication and ongoing contact. Many agencies don't have the staff nor the time to keep this communication up, so we filled the need for them."

"Auto Owners has a highly competitive program for personal lines in Michigan for those customers who have multi-policies with them," Neilson continues. "The Client Outreach Program is an ideal way of reaching out to one-policy customers and offering them even more competitive rates when more than one policy is written."
