ANFI 206 Practice Exam Now Available
The Institutes, in collaboration with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), have created the new Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI) designation for company underwriters, flood training vendors, and insurance and risk management professionals who need to be familiar with flood insurance. The practice exam for ANFI 206—National Flood Insurance: Advanced Studies is now available. The credential exam will be available October 15, 2010.
Topics covered on the ANFI 206 exam include:
- V-Zone Rating
- Commercial Building Coverages
- Condominium Coverage
- Interpreting Elevation Certificates
- Coastal Barrier Resource Systems and Otherwise Protected Areas
- NFIP Grandfathering
The ANFI 206 exam preparation package is based on FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Flood Insurance Manual from October 2010 and contains important study aids and information for exams given through September 2011. The practice exam can be accessed for free on The Institutes' Web site at www.TheInstitutes.org/anfi under the "order today" tab.
