AMS Introduces AMS 360

Orlando, FL – AMS Services, Inc. announced today AMS 360, a revolutionary new management system and the next generation of its market leading AfW product. AMS 360 was developed to help increase agency effectiveness by delivering world class workflow tools, new functionality focused on business and customer relationship management and to take advantage of today's proven technology. AMS 360 employs Microsoft's .NET technology taking full advantage of the power, flexibility and interconnectivity of Web Services and the Internet.

The new system offers a complete, 360 degree view of the agency's business, hence the name, AMS 360. It is designed around "centers" that reflect all aspects of the agency's operation from customer relationship and financial management to business and marketing management. The new product offers unprecedented workflow and functionality to the agency. The initial release of AMS 360 will be offered as an application service provider solution (ASP) to new AMS customers. Migrations of existing AfW customers will begin in early 2004 for those who wish to take advantage of the power of the new product. An in-house version of AMS 360 will be available in a later release.
