AMS Announces Expansion of TransactNOW
The eight new carriers who have joined TransactNOW are Hanover Insurance, Citizens Insurance, EMC Insurance Companies, Allied Insurance, Continental Western Group, Acadia Insurance Company, Union Standard Insurance Group and Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group. The addition of policy view rounds out the inquiry workflow, as an agent can now respond to all customer inquiries from within their management system in a matter of seconds.
TransactNOW first became available to AMS agents on March 17th with comprehensive billing and claims inquiry for eight national carriers: Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Encompass Insurance, The Hartford Financial Services Group, Kemper Auto and Home, Progressive Insurance, SAFECO Property and Casualty Insurance Companies, The St. Paul Companies, and Travelers Property Casualty. In just eight weeks since its launch, over 1200 agents have begun using the product, and the numbers continue to grow every day.
