Allenbrook Appoints Vice President of Sales
Michael J. Hefron Brings More Than 15 Years of Experience As A Senior Marketing Executive and General Manager
Allenbrook, a leading technology partner of some of the most successful, creative property & casualty insurers in North America, recently named Michael J. Hefron as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Hefron will oversee Allenbrook's field operations and its sales team of 16.
Hefron brings to Allenbrook more than 15 years of marketing and management experience. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Automated Financial Systems in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this capacity, he managed and directed both domestic and international sales, marketing and professional services. During his tenure, Automated Financial Systems more than tripled its revenues.
Prior to joining Automated Financial Systems, Hefron was with International Business Machines (IBM) for 11 years, last serving in the role as business unit executive and senior location manager in Birmingham, Alabama.
Hefron, who resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, says his primary focus at Allenbrook will be on "enhancing structure in the sales process and ultimately creating an environment that will heighten the level of service Allenbrook brings to its customers and help the company sustain its dynamic growth." To that end, Hefron will introduce a customer-centric approach to selling. "This process allows all of the various Allenbrook delivery channels to work together, as a team, and completely satisfy our customers needs," Hefron says. "When our customers win, we win."
