The American International Companies have assembled a roster of eBusiness and Internet security firms to provide services and products to AIG netAdvantage and AIG ProTech Internet liability insureds, including purchasers of AIG netAdvantage Security and Security+ policies.

The following companies are available for insureds to access products and services:

• IBM Global Services, which provides electronic business security assessment, implementation and management services
• RSA Security, providing authentication, encryption and public key infrastructure systems and security assessment services for electronic business
• Kroll-O'Gara Information Security Group, which provides enterprise security assessment and services, secure electronic business architecture and public key infrastructure design and implementation;
• CertCo, providing certificate-based risk management services for electronic business transactions

American International Companies insureds also have access to the Technology Panel Counsel, a pre-approved roster of the nation's premier law firms specializing in emerging legal issues related to intellectual property law and high-technology issues, for legal defense against technology-related claims.

Also, the AIG unit says it intends to expand the Technology Alliance roster to include accounting firms and members of the academic community.

``AIG member companies are leading the way in developing innovative e-business insurance products for the new economy and helping organizations limit their exposures to new kinds of risks to enable them to conduct e-business with confidence,'' said Kristian Moor, AIG executive vice president, Domestic General Insurance.
