The American Institute for CPCU and the Insurance Institute of America's (IIA) Web site, www.aicpcu.org, now enables students to order CPCU and IIA books and other study materials and register for exams online.

Using the site's Student Services Center, students not only can order books and register for exams, but they can also look up their grades, order transcripts, register for online classes, view their account statements, or participate in online forums. Students and prospective students alike can find exam dates, verify exam fees, and locate exam centers and public classes nationwide. (The public classes list requires Adobe Acrobat reader.)

The New Student page answers questions for both new and prospective students. Students can also download a Self-Inventory form that will help them to customize Institute study to meet their personal and professional needs and goals.

In the Online Shopping section, students can order course materials (via the Institutes' secure server), look up course material prices, request free publications, view FAQs from the Institutes' librarian, and search for course materials by keyword or by ISBN.

Through the Corporate Customer Center, corporate education directors can order study materials in bulk, view employees' grade histories, track their order status, and view the Institutes' current price list.

E-Updates is a new service for students who have established both a nine-digit ID number and a personal identification number (PIN) with the Institutes. These students can sign up online to automatically receive monthly e-mail notices with important, timely information about CPCU and IIA courses, exams, and services.

The site is designed so a user can move quickly and efficiently from one page to the next. It is designed to help students and others find the information or service they need.
