This ACES Module allows an executive to oversee the workload, work flow and productivity of every participant in the system, from claims adjuster to provider to case manager and loss prevention professional. Because every claim is assigned an ACES Index severity score, and every field in the data base can be compared with all other fields, the user can apply the user-friendly query language to focus on virtually every claims service issue with appropriate adjustments made for average case load "severity". Thus, the executive can find out, for example, the severity-adjustment workload of staff, or severity-adjusted outcome performance of every provider.
