ACE INA Purchases YouDecide.com from ProAct Technologies

Internet Portal Provides Financial Services to More than 4 Million Customers

PHILADELPHIA -- ACE INA Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of ACE Limited, announced the acquisition of YouDecide.com, Inc. from ProAct Technologies Corp., a leading provider of applications for managing employee benefits programs. YouDecide.com offers a voluntary benefits platform that provides customers' employees a broad choice of financial products and services including insurance, finance and investment products.

The site was launched to corporate customers in 1998, and was opened to retail consumers in October 1999. Currently over 400 corporate customers have made the site available to 4 million of their employees. Retail consumers enjoy access to a similar site. Over 50 providers participate by offering products and services online. Customers can request real-time quotes from multiple providers, assisted by real-time customer support operating 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time weekdays. In the near future, one of YouDecide.com's subsidiaries will support the binding of policies.
