21st Century Insurance Group Promotes Silvestri

Woodland Hills, CA-based 21st Century Insurance Group, which until this year was known as 20th Century Insurance Group, has promoted of Caren Silvestri to product manager and vice president. Silvestri will be responsible for 21st Century's marketing, products and pricing in Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona.

Silvestri joined the company in 1982 in the underwriting area. She also had responsibilities in the marketing and policy service areas, most recently heading up the company's entry into three states.

The new assignment marks the addition of product managers to the organization to bring focus on key strategic business opportunities. The product manager has complete responsibility for growth, profit and service, and will draw from the operational resources of the company in all support areas.

This organization will maintain our business focus as we execute new initiatives to grow our business in California, as well as in other states and deploy new technology and distribution methods,'' said Bruce Marlow, president and CEO.

Silvestri is holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
