Adept's 5th generation breakthrough environment and language, called ICE5 (Insurance Construction Engine) allows systems designers, system analysts and business analysts to encode specifications in a disciplined manner directly into the computer, analogous to the way accountants enter information into a spreadsheet. Our "software generators" then create the system and generate the actual software programs from these specifications.
