The software has the ability to look-up customers using several criteria, to keep multiple quotes open simultaneously, and to fax quotes and proposals. The software also features automatic symbol and territory look-up and online help screens, as well as a Dual Sets of Rates functionality that displays a company's current and most recent rates.

The software is available in a 32-bit Windows-based desktop or Internet format, and includes ACORD applications, insurance ID cards, and financial responsibility forms. The manufacturer's DataLink upgrade, which allows for Internet connectivity, and CreditLink upgrade, which captures credit scores, are also available.
