Available to Property/Casualty and Employee Benefit agents and brokers, the new Strategic Partners Program is designed to provide increases in agents' incomes without increasing their cost of sales.

The service providers state that, using this program, agents first refer their existing commercial accounts to ABC Payroll. Once the account is established, the providers market the agency's services and insurance products on behalf of the agent through payroll stuffers, on-site enrollments, and ABC's intranet. The providers then work with the agents and their carriers to establish payroll deducted products for distribution through the payroll. Source One also handles all the premium collection, reconciliation, and remittance through their electronic banking network and deposit the funds electronically with the carrier on a weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly basis depending on the accounts payroll cycle. Commissions are paid to the agent for the referral based on the annual payroll fees.

Also offered is the new "Benefits Advantage" program, a package of payroll deducted insurance products for employers of all sizes that consists of personal lines insurance, legal service plans, life insurance, mortgages, roadside assistance programs, dental, vision, hearing, chiropractic, and prescription plans. If the agent does not have the markets or products available to them, then Source One will offer its program and pay commissions directly to the agent for the products outlined above.
