NetPnP automates the setup of Lexwork network printers
Lexmark International, Inc.nP automates the setup of Lexwork network printers. When installed on a Windows NT 4.0 system, the software allows administrators to connect and power-on a printer to complete setup and make it available to users on the network.
The product automatically detects new network printers, creates a printer port, associated the appropriate printer driver and creates a printer object, which it shares on the Windows NT 4.0 network. Users can
- specify preferences to be used during the automatic network printer installation
- control which printers are automatically configured
- automatically make new network printers available on other Windows NT 4.0 systems
