MediConnect.net, Inc. is an information management firm whose clients include insurance companies and law firms. We retrieve records for these clients and enter them into our clients' computer archives for their use.

What happens to my records when I give them to you?

Your records will be scanned into a computer, then encrypted and transmitted to our client. MediConnect.net does not interpret or alter the record in any way, nor will it retain copies of the record once the record has been electronically delivered to our client.

Who is authorized to retrieve records?

The authorization was signed by your patient to allow our client or its representative (MediConnect.net) to retrieve the information requested.

How secure is the transfer?

Extremely secure. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and encrypted online document transmission techniques ensures that every document MediConnect.net retrieves and delivers is fully secure. The industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technique is employed for all transmissions, including e-mail. The record remains encrypted until its delivery at which time it is viewed only via the MediConnect.net viewer.
