National Marketing Services' (NMS) Market Research Division provides its public and private sector clientele with both quantitative and qualitative research production and analysis. NMS plans and executes all phases of survey research projects from beginning to end. NMS designs the research instrument, specifies the sampling or recruitment plan, conducts the telephone interviewing, manages the data gathering process and has the ability to analyze and interpret the data using statistical graphs and an executive summary.

NMS' quantitative research includes customer satisfaction and retention surveys, image evaluation surveys, executive interviewing, and marketing research baseline and tracking studies. Results generated from this research has allowed clients to better understand the way that they are perceived in the consumer and business marketplace. Using the data, clients are better able to plan their marketing strategy and allocate their financial resources more economically.

NMS also has the ability to design and execute qualitative research projects such as focus groups, one-on-one interviewing, and location intercept surveys. NMS can assist in coordinating the facility, attaining a moderator, preparing the moderator's guideline, arranging for the video and audio recordings, and preparation of the transcription and executive summary.
