Powerful, Objective Bill Review
LegalPrecision streamlines the legal invoice submission process by providing corporations with an online interface for receiving legal bills, matter information and updating matter status from their law firms. To use LegalPrecision, law firms submit invoices electronically via a secure Web site in the industry standard Ledes 98B, Ledes 2000 or Examen formats. LegalPrecision performs an initial validation of the information on each invoice to check for math errors, incorrect formatting and invalid matter information, and provides law firms with immediate, detailed feedback. This allows them to revise invoices prior to final bill submission, improving invoice quality and reducing processing delays.

Invoice Workflow
LegalPrecision enables companies to seamlessly incorporate e-billing into their existing payment approval process. Workflow features include multiple work groups, invoice forwarding, escalating approval authority and shared reporting features.
