ManagedCompnjury Prevention Process (TIPP) is a behaviorally based approach to identifying and correcting unsafe work practices as well as physical hazards. The process includes a site visit, comprehensive training, goals setting and the development of individualized prevention programs. These programs include accountability systems, safety committees and hazard control programs. When an employee is injured, this company works with the client to identify not only what happened, but also why it happened and what human behavior contributed to the incident.
