ESIS Inc. Announces New Claims Facility

ESIS, Inc. announced it has opened a new claims facility in Seattle, Washington. This new operation will handle claims for ESIS customers in Washington state, and will offer them customized loss cost programs.

ESIS provides property and casualty risk management services to organizations that self-insure exposures or those that purchase insurance-related services on an unbundled basis, independent of the purchase of insurance contracts.

According to Gene Petrone, claims vice president of CIGNA Property & Casualty, ESIS' umbrella organization, significant business growth in Washington state created increased demand for ESIS' products and services. "This office will further support our growth in the Western region, and provide increased exposure to the customized loss cost programs ESIS offers its clients," said Petrone.

A team of three claims representatives and one claims assistant -- Sherie Kristiansen, Bob Duncan, Robert Mulleague and Todd Greene -- will service the new office and will be responsible for accounts in Washington state.

ESIS services include strategic consulting and analytical support, workers' compensation loss management, liability claims management, salvage and subrogation, loss prevention management, and risk information services.
