Assisted Living Facility Insurance

The Assisted Living Facility Protector Plan is designed for operations licensed solely as assisted living facilities, and offers property and liability insurance. General liability coverage includes incidental medical malpractice coverage up to policy limits. Sexual or physical abuse and molestation coverage is offered on a claims-made coverage form up to $1 million with a $5,000 deductible.

The portfolio of property coverage includes increased protection for law or ordinance liabilities including $250,000 for demolition cost and $250,000 for increased cost of construction, and spoilage coverage up to $25,000. A $500,000 aggregate limit encompasses extensions of coverage to accounts receivable, extra expense, personal effects and property of others, valuable papers, and electrical disturbance or mechanical breakdown of electrical data processing equipment.
