The ImageTrac 5300 class scanners provide an efficient document scanning solution that helps organizations improve the productivity of their prep, scan and downstream processes by maximizing efficiencies and reducing exceptions all while delivering superior reliability.

The ImageTrac 5300 class scanners provide an efficient document scanning solution that helps organizations improve the productivity of their prep, scan and downstream processes by maximizing efficiencies and reducing exceptions all while delivering superior reliability.

The ImageTrac 5300 class scanners are designed for applications with moderate amounts of in-line processing and are available with either one or two out-sort pockets. The ImageTrac 5300 class scanners are ideal for a range of applications, including:

  • Medical records scanning
  • Mortgage processing
  • Tax processing
  • Claims processing
  • Application processing
  • Lockbox processing
  • Back-file conversion
  • Service bureau/shared services processing
  • Digital mailroom

The ImageTrac 5300 class is available in two speeds. The ImageTrac 5345 provides duplex scanning at up to 257 pages per minute while the ImageTrac 5375 provides duplex scanning at up to 429 pages per minute.

In addition to providing high-quality, efficient processing at exceptional speeds, the ImageTrac 5300 class scanners also reduce document preparation cost by allowing for the scanning of documents of multiple sizes and thicknesses in a single pass. This means that document prep workers have fewer exceptions and steps to contend with in getting batches prepared for scanning.

The ImageTrac 5300 class scanners also provide dual multi-feed detection to help eliminate downstream errors. When a double-feed is detected, the ImageTrac scanning track automatically stops to allow for recovery. This doubles detection technology ensures that all pages are scanned and eliminates the need for operators to do a post-scan review to account for all images.
