ibml Scanners Receive Highest Customer Satisfaction Ratings In TAWPI Document Management Study

ibml recently announced that it earned the highest customer satisfaction ratings among scanner manufacturers, according to the results of the TAWPI 2009 Document Management Study. The results of the TAWPI survey demonstrate ibml's excellence in providing reliable, high-performing solutions for mission-critical document scanning applications.
Fifty-two percent of ibml users who responded to the TAWPI survey said they were "very satisfied" with their ibml scanners. Forty-eight percent of ibml users responded that they were "satisfied" with the scanners. No ibml users who responded to the survey stated that they were "dissatisfied," "very dissatisfied," or "neutral" about their ibml equipment. Of the 10 leading scanner brands highlighted in the TAWPI survey, ibml was the only manufacturer to receive no negative or neutral user ratings.
The study also noted ibml's significant scanner market share growth over previous TAWPI surveys.

This announcement comes on the heels of a study by Parker Consulting (commissioned by ibml) that concluded that ibml users view the company as a "trusted and strong supplier."
