Agent Group Calls on Telco for Long-Distance Deal

N/Aany%> (IIAA) has selected Telco Communications Group as IIAA's officially endorsed, long-distance provider for its members.

Telco offers full-time flat rates to IIAA members, with no term or volume commitment required. Participating member agencies receive a rate of 9.9 cents/minute on interstate calls for both outbound and inbound toll-free service. The IIAA/Telco program also offers competitive rates on all intrastate calls—as low as 6 cents/minute.

The IIAA/Telco program offers even greater savings to agencies with a dedicated/T1 line—an interstate rate of 5.5 cents/minute is available to agencies billing a minimum of $2,500 a month.

Through its toll-free IIAA Customer Care hotline, Telco also offers around-the-clock single-call problem resolution. Telco's invoice eliminates the need for agencies to waste time on back-end agency management. Calling card rates are also available through Telco at 20 cents a minute with a 25 cent per-call surcharge.
